No disrespect or anything guys but where have all the players that are amazing gone? It seems like every player ever made now is a now major leaguer but stats are low. Why cant anyone now adays make a player that is an ALL "A" player like the old days, I have been noticing this a lot |

People can still do it, they just choose not to. As this game is 4 years old, our main mission is to update it to as recent as possible. |

People don't like making maxed players. We like realism, and having a player with all A's makes it no fun. Not to mention that to get player like that you probably have to S/L for hours and nobody likes doing that. They are all major leaguers with low stats because they are the most realistic players and are necessary for updated rosters. People gawk at great players, but more often than not they don't enter their password, let alone use them. And what do you mean "the old days"? You've only been here since April I kinda want to see what ED44 and Rob have to say though |

Ham Bone, quit posting short, useless things! Whens the last time you had a meaningful post? But I try and avoid doing maxed players. They take too long and I never end up using them. |

Fine, but you take all the fun out of stuff. I maxed out a player, even though he rocks, it's so boring. |

Iv been signed up since April, Iv been coming back here and looking for a few years. & Yeah Evey once in a while is better then never, Im not one who likes to sit there and type in passwords for guys that are already in the game or mean 0 to me. Id rather see a password for a great pitcher or something |

Well.... A couple of answers to the questions 1. The major league players I'm creating or have posted are part of my roster update, the lower stats represent realism or what I consider realism. 2. After a while maxed players become 'stale' meaning their great for a while but after a while the game becomes unreal, you have a pitcher record 700+ strikeouts in a season and an ERA of 0.00 starting 36 games, or a fielder averaging .600+ with 200 HR. 3. I find making a player with the lowest stats possible and all red abilities more difficult and a challenge. 4. I have not lost my touch and I'm sure Eric hasn't either. The focus is the only difference which is realism. 5. Requests made for players are not asking for maxed out characters anymore, they maybe a little high for realism but certainly not maxed. 6. People want their requested players ASAP having to wait for a maxed player can delay a season log or MLB life. That's a few answers anyway.... |

That's my issue with it, they take over the game. I've never seen anything that bad (although, you probably exaggerated a little to make your point), but it gets really bad, real quickly. |

Nobody wants to make players like that anymore, for one thing there's no point to it. There's more than enough ridiculous players for anyone to field a team out of if they want to, and the players take really long to make. Why should someone spend 100 hours to make a ridiculous player when anyone who wants one could just take one of the many that already exist? Realism is what most people want from their players at this point. Some people go for getting the best players they can, but those are usually people that don't reload (I still don't even see how that's possible this year) or people who just aren't that great at making success mode players (nothing wrong with that, really), so the players turn out good, but a realistic level of good, not absurdly good and unrealistic. |

What do you mean by "I still don't know how that's possible this year"? |
