He can't field very well,but you can probably tell that from the ability screen.

It is a MLB life player
It is Victor Martinez but in a Nationals (i think) uniform as default (When you play Homerun or put him on a allstar team.)

This player, Mint, seems more like a DH than anything else. He'd probably be good there.
