I didn't complete (or try to complete) ANY arcs this time, just training and eating hot dogs. I briefly went after the TV thief but gave up after 1 attempt.
Garcia may be best known for striking out a total of 3 batters in his first 2 games, and still getting VS LH Batter 4. (For the record a 4SFB-CUT combo may be the best at avoiding said ability.)
