Wiki says something about increasing the odds of bloopers falling in for hits, but it seems to make off-center hits fly like the ball was centered into the gap. Whatever it does, it's powerful, and apparently too powerful for default players. Nobody has it. Same with Gd Low Pitch, Gd B2B HTR, Grt IF HTR, Table Setter, Grt Catcher, Gyroball and a Lvl 7 pitch, although you can draft a player with one of the last four.
