I'm planning also on making a Scott Sizemore character. These are the stats that I'd give him: TRJ: 2 CON: Low E PWR: Low E RUN: Low D ARM: High E FLD: High D E-RES: High D Any opinions? |

wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott_Sizemore Looks appear to be a standard white dude, medium sideburns and dark brown hair. light brown glove. DOB jan 4, age 23 at the beginning of the 2008 season. No steals in MLB, but decent steal #s in the minors. Only one homer, but again, inthe minors, decent power - 10ish HRs a season, so low D maybe? Contact of med E to high E is good - he really just blew up this year in his month-long stint, like Pedroia did back in 07. With more time he would come around. good scouting report: http://www.mlbfantasyprospects.com/2009 ... -2010.html Based on this I would give Sizemore decent power, and decent glove, but Timely Whiff. Danny Worth (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Danny_Worth) is another Tigers infielder you may want to make. Cale Iorg too, maybe? But let's not get ahead of ourselves. |

So, how would I get Timely Whiff? I don't recall ever having a player that had Timely whiff. |

Most surefire way is to have your player done by April of the second year, except for Timely Whiff and a few power points of something. for the last 2-3 games, EVERY at-bat, you need to strikeout swinging while you have power swing on. After 9 or 10 strikeout at-bats, you get timely whiff. |

What would his batting stance be? |

here's some video to watch: http://mlb.mlb.com/video/play.jsp?content_id=7898545 Looks like a 'normal' stance, with the bat over his head and back a bit. Really the default/simplist stance would work. |

He's done! I got way too many unnecessary abilities, but not Timely Whiff. ![]() Attachment: Scott Sizemore Photo.JPG [ 24.8 KiB | Viewed 8071 times ] Attachment: Scott Sizemore Batting.JPG [ 50.38 KiB | Viewed 8071 times ] Attachment: Scott Sizemore PW.JPG [ 47.53 KiB | Viewed 8070 times ] |

Rob Hallett made a Ps2 version already - viewtopic.php?f=14&t=4181&hilit=Brennan+Boesch You should be able to copy that pretty spot-on. After that, we can look at Tigers relievers. I already did Porcello and Scherzer. Maybe Daniel Schlereth? Or that asian guy they got recently. |

In 08' wouldn't Schlereth be on the Diamondbacks. The Asian is Jeff Fu Ti Ne or something. Does he even play consistently in the majors. |

Thats the guy - Fu-Te Ni. Yah, he's only played a bit - not on the current roster. And yes, Schlereth was a diamondback before this season. I'm just trying to find other guys currently nothe Tigers that dish would be interested in making, after Boesch. |

I might be interested in making Avila and Perry after Boesch. |
