Cool, I like the concept. I'm going to put him into my game.

Yeah, it doesn't quite make sense to me.

Yeah, it doesn't quite make sense to me.

He probobly did it because its not baseball logic. Just to have laughs. Like having a lefty catcher. I plan on making a lefty catcher, cause they don't exsit at all in baseball really.

Found some cool facts about lefty ballplayers on the internet:

The last lefty-throwing major league catcher was Benny Distefano, who was a first baseman and outfielder by trade. He caught three separate games for the Phillies in 1989. He now works as the hitting coach for the Brooklyn Cyclones, Single-A affiliate of the Mets.

There are very few lefty shortstops in MLB history. Billy Hulen of the 1896 Phillies is the last person to play shortstop regularly while throwing lefty, or at least the last one I could find. He also played center field. Wee Willie Keeler played shortstop at times during his career. In fact, he played either, second, short, or third 71 times in his Hall-Of-Fame career.

It looks so much cooler having a left-handed shortstop, they regularly have to make more difficult throws too.

There will probably be an interview about him and his left-handedness in the log, eventually.
