Vasquez doesn't throw very hard, but doesn't need to. The Lv. 5 Slider was a Lv. 1 starting stat, the Lv. 3 "Torture" ORIG curveball has "better breaking ball" or something like that and should be used as an out pitch (use it 65-75% of the time), and the change was just a pitch I added right before the second GalaxySharks game. I improved it to Lv. 2 with a Gambler's ticket.
