Ahh, Casey. Here's what I am aiming for: Ctrl: E/F Stam: high C? top speed: 92mph two curves, one flat (1), and one better DCB (2/3) slider (1) change (1) sinker (1) red abilities like fat pitch, durability 2 possibly? video of Casey talking about slider/sinker: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=itygu3WNOCI wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casey_Fossum thoughts/additions? I don't see a PS2 version to compare to. |

Here are a few of my thoughts based on what I've read, keeping in mind I've never actually seen him pitch: Durability 2 should be good. He could have the pickoff ability. Maybe 93 mph top speed, the range said 88-92, but how often do any of the pitchers in this game actually hit their top speed? (I have guys with 105 top speed that fail to hit triple digits sometimes) Changeup level 1 should be good. |

I gave him good pickoff and durability 2. I had Choke Artist but lost it. I tried to Fat Pitch - again! - but couldn't get it. Arrgh. ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I heard he had a big eephus pitch a few years ago, maybe I would have made that 3 DCB a bit better. |

Yeah, I thought about it. Had enough points to make it DCB 4, but...there's a reason he hasn't been in the majors. He actually has 3 curveballs (per the Wikipedia page), so I emulated the first two. the last one is that eephus (Fossum Flip), but since in this game you can only have 2 curves, there wasn't much I could do. Oh well. |
