The fourth installment of my older created players series. Next is Bill Steffen. He's a great reliever, and a servable backup C, but sucks at hitting. Better bet: Pitcher, but sometimes can get you a clutch hit. Here you go. Well its not really a good thing if he can run faster than his fastball...
