that doesn't completely make up for it, intimidator + dr. k isn't that easy to get either (actually, it kind of is, but it's almost as long)

Nah Lucy's Arc is really easy. You just have to make sure you make her a special person in your life and that its. But I made her 100 jsut in case

i had it around 85% when she accepted.
she doesn't give anything to hitters though, which is really stupid.
