From its peak one can see a great view of the San Francisco peninsula, with the Pacific Ocean and the bay on either side. The peak elevation is 2,574 feet. Locally known as Mount Tam Near the peak is an outdoor amphitheater that has featured many performances, including several by the Grateful Dead. |
