For contact: I'm gonna need another person to put their vote in for that.

For power: I tried looking at each of the 3 power stats to see which one would make his power the highest. It came to 160. bumping his power up 20 points is drastic. I originally had it at 155 so I already gave him the benefit of the doubt and added 5.

Whoa. Sorry I had not researched this.
But his stats say he should have

Con 4
Pwr 145

Bump up one if you like OR give him a blue ability.
Doing both or more than that would be a disservice to your fellow powapuros.

It will also go on your Permanent record, possibly clouding any potential employers opinion oF you.
