I just created a 6 team league in Season Mode. Cubs White Sox Dodgers Angels Yankees Mets In a Day One simmed game, Mark Buehrle struck out 26! He's listed in the League Records as Career Strikeout Leader and is currently leading the league with 26 strikeouts. I also think he gave up one hit as I think he was pitching against the Angels. Amazing. Side Note: This game is still the best baseball video game I have ever played. Period. |

I once threw 28 K's with Josh Beckett, but that was in an 11 inning game and I was actually playing, not stimulating. |

I need to correct myself - I am playing in League mode. 6 teams with me controlling the Cubs. Just lost 5-2 at the Yankees tonight. Improving, having lost the previous two games by scores of 2-0 and 3-0. I actually scored a run off of Rivera - then he shut me down, of course. This game is such fun - I don't mind losing 5-2.... |

I was playing life mode with the Twins. Livan Hernandez had just been called up to the 5 spot in the rotation (After an injury). He proceeded to throw 21 k's in a no-hitter in his first game back in the MLB. 2 months later he's back in AAA. This game confuses me sometimes. |
