As intrigued as everybody else was about the announcement of the American Baseball Union. I could not wait to see the outcome of first few games of opening day, I was excited to see some new talented faces mixed in with some establish former MLB ballplayers creating for a interesting twist on baseball. Alot more athletes seem to be more outspoken and openly competitive giving the league a personality that the MLB was lacking. This all being said; I had to jump into writing articles about the league as soon as possible, and decided that the best starting article for me to do would be scouting report/team summary of each team.I'll start from the American League east and work my way to the National League West and try to do 2 teams a days.

Review: The Orlando Sharks Organzation is fairly solid on paper.Tijuan Walker and Charlie Gordon being the two most talented starters in the rotation and both had great first week outings, but the even with their stellar performances the weakest link seems to be Wandy Rodriguez, who seemed in-able to get him self out jam that he caused him self, he probably wont stay with the team that long if he keeps playing the way he does. Aside from the great power pitching rampant through out the bullpen there are some fairly talented hitter with Scott Rolen/Carlos Beltran/Ethan Wheel are very proficient at what they can do at the plate but the real story is how talented the team is defensively. Everybody has Superb range at their positions and is able to make plays most MLB fielders can make and the whole team makes everything looks easy specially Second-Basemen Chang-Jun Zheng and Center Fielder Vernon Wells. The Sharks have the building blocks to become a franchise team over the upcoming years.
