Its not Providence but Pawtucket is gosh darn close! Rhode Island receives one of the MLB's new expansion teams. based on the popular 1994 film "Dumb And Dumber" staring Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels. The team will be named the Mutts after a vehicle used in the movie nicknamed "The Shaggin Wagon". The other franchise increasing the number of MLB teams to 32 is the Salt Lake City Saints. Based off "The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints" whose headquarters is located in Salt Lake City. Both teams will be battling it out in the American league. The Mutts in the Central division and the Saints in the West. |

The Rhode island Mutts receive their first ever win on the franchises first game day. They defeated the twins by a slim 1-0 where both teams recorded a combined 7 hits, 5 of which was credited to the Mutts. Furukawa, the winning pitcher threw for 8 innings, striking out two for the win. Green closed out the ninth taking home the save while Blackburn took the loss. Hideki Iwata drove in an RBI during the bottom of the sixth and batted 2 for 3 to earn Player of the game honors. |

A 2 game series for the Mutts ends with a sweep in their favor, making this the first in the young franchises history. Rhode Island racks up 8 runs compared to Minnesota's 3 giving them a 2 game win streak. other notables include Hideki Iwata hammering the teams first ever homer. Parker Wilson went 3 for 5 batting in a run. Reichert, the last mite addition to the teams batting order used in the DH spot, hit 2 of 4 with 2 RBIs. Tiler Payton pitched in 8 innings giving up 2 ER and striking out 2 and handing Hernandez the loss. other notable pitching performances come from Kavon Green, Rhode islands closer who only pitched in 2/3rds of an inning allowing 3 hits. Thus Elijah Corey was brought in to douse the potential fire getting the last out of the game, all while the bases were loaded. |

The Mutts new 3 game series starts out with a bang, beating Kansas City 9-6 to increase their win streak to 3. Washington got the start for the Mutts throwing 2 innings while giving up 6 hits and 4 earned runs. Plante pitched in two thirds of an inning giving up 4 hits and one earned run. Wylie was credited with the save. despite the disappointing pitching Rhode Islands offense carried them to victory. Hideki Iwata hammered the franchises first home run. also Jackson hit 3 for 5 with 2 doubles and 2 RBIs. Soria was credited for the loss while Tomko got the start Game 2 of the series had the tables completely turned, Royals beat the Mutts 10-2. sloppy pitching lead to 10 runs in the first 3 innings. Paralta received the win and Smith the loss. Benny King of the Mutts hit 2 of 3 with a double and an RBI The last game in the series was much closer, 4-3 in Kansas Cities favor. Knuckle baller Bobby Arroyo got the start for Rhode Island only to get the loss while the Royals Hochevar got the win and Miller the save. Both teams recorded 13 hits each. |

i dont play in the games, all i do is manage the lineup and do pinch hitters, pinch runners, pitcher subs etc. as for cpu abilities, i think i made it so both teams have auto normal feilding |
