Post subject: | Sacramento Slayers ~ Slaying The Competition (Project) |
The year is 2108. Preston Greene has yet another thing to add to his long resumé. First, a big slugger in many independent baseball leagues. Then, a professional scout for a Japanese ballclub. Next, the man who saved the world from ending in 2012. After that, an oil tycoon. And the last thing he did up until now was make himself incapable of death. He has amassed trillions of dollars to his name. And now, the avid baseball fan has unveiled his newest project. He will be creating and commissioning a baseball league. He has explained that 28 of these teams will consist of indestructible (so injuries are turned off) super-cyborgs bade by the world's top robotic engineers. The other 2 teams? Well, the technology he created that can make himself immortal can also resurrect people from the dead as if they were never dead in the first place. So, Greene has decided to resurrect 40 MLB players who were alive 100 years ago, enhance their abilities (aka I edited them), and put them on one team. The other team he has resurrected consists of players he played with and against as he played in college and the minor leagues (Success characters). Greene has explained that the league format will be like Major League Baseball, a league that disbanded 38 years ago. The teams will be as follows: AL East (all teams play at GoldenApples Stadium) Pawtucket Patriots Buffalo Soldiers Orlando Squirrels Richmond Angels Ottawa Canadians AL Central (all teams play at Suburban Stadium) Omaha Sheriffs Iowa City Hatchlings Columbus Senators Minneapolis Flash Toledo Rhinos AL West (all teams play at Rainbow Beach Stadium) Alaska Malamutes Hawaii Heroes Guam Gorillas Honolulu Crawdads NL East (all teams play at Shea Stadium) New Orleans Lions Durham Dinosaurs Scranton Schrutes Syracuse Falcons Jacksonville Felines NL Central (all teams play at GreenApples Stadium) San Antonio Outlaws Louisville Dragons Indianapolis Captains (Success Mode characters) Nashville Raiders Oklahoma City Ham Bones (teehee) Green Bay Mustangs NL West (all teams play at Panpaka Park) Las Vegas Gamblers Sacramento Slayers (Credit for the team name goes to Bobby Baseball; It was the team name of one of his SimYard teams... This is the team with all the edited MLB players) Vancouver Whalers Salt Lake Sting Phoenix Cobras Greene has announced that he will be the GM and manager of the Slayers. Let's see how they do under his leadership. NEXT POST: SLAYERS ROSTER |

SACRAMENTO SLAYERS ROSTER Note: The Slayers are the only team with an AAA squad. Also, I used my own rough edits for this, so some of the players' edits may be slightly better than what some would think. Finally, any player listed at a position means that they can actually play the position (criteria: C rank or higher at the position). Players are sorted at the position by their level at the position (A, then B, then C) Code: MLB SQUAD CATCHERS NAME B/T JERSEY # TRJ CON POW RUN ARM FLD E RES Kurt Suzuki, R/R, #24, 3 C (10) D (115) D (8) C (11) C (10) B(12) Rod Barajas, R/R, #20, 3 E (6) B (143) E (7) D (9) D (9) D (9) FIRST BASEMEN NAME B/T JERSEY # TRJ CON POW RUN ARM FLD E RES Adam Lind, L/L, #26, 3 C (10) A (181) E (7) E (7) E (7) E (7) Kevin Millar, R/R #15 3 D (9) B (144) F (5) C (10) E (7) B (12) Mike Morse, R/R, #28, 3 C (10) B (165) E (7) E (7) D (9) D (9) SECOND BASEMEN NAME B/T JERSEY # TRJ CON POW RUN ARM FLD E RES Martin Prado, R/R #14 3 B (12) D (112) C (11) D (8) C (10) C (11) Sean Rodriguez R/R #1 3 D (8) C (128) C (11) D (9) B (12) B (12) Ben Zobrist, S/R, #5, 2 C (10) D (118) D (9) C (10) C (10) D (8) Erick Aybar, S/R, #2, 2 C (10) E (89) C (11) B (13) C (10) D (9) THIRD BASEMEN NAME B/T JERSEY # TRJ CON POW RUN ARM FLD E RES Jose Bautista R/R #19 4 B (12) A (201) C (10) C (11) D (8) D (8) Wilson Betemit S/R #30 3 E (7) D (117) E (7) D (9) D (9) E (7) Prado Rodriguez SHORTSTOPS Aybar Rodriguez Morse Zobrist LEFT FIELDERS NAME B/T JERSEY # TRJ CON POW RUN ARM FLD E RES Prado Franklin Gutierrez R/R #21 2 C (10) D (117) C (10) B (13) A (14) B (13) Lind Morse CENTER FIELDERS NAME B/T JERSEY # TRJ CON POW RUN ARM FLD E RES Gutierrez Adam Jones, R/R, #10 3 D (8) C (132) C (11) B (12) B (12) C (10) RIGHT FIELDERS NAME B/T JERSEY # TRJ CON POW RUN ARM FLD E RES Jeff Francoeur, R/R #7 2 D (9) B (149) C (11) A (14) C (10) D (9) Morse Zobrist Bautista Gutierrez STARTING PITCHERS NAME, B/T, JERSEY #, TOP SPD, CTRL, STAM, PITCHES Jair Jurrjens, R/R, #49, 96 mph, 164, 170, Slider 3, Slurve 4, Changeup 4, Hard Sinker 5 Anibal Sanchez, R/R, #21, 93 mph, 127, 122, Slider 3, Curveball 5, Changeup 3 Shaun Marcum, R/R, #18, 91 mph, 154, 194, Slider 3, Cutter 1, Curveball 2, Changeup 2 CJ Wilson, L/L, #36, 96 mph, 131, 162, 2 Seam Fastball 2, Slider 3, Slurve 4, Circle Change 2 Brandon Morrow, R/R, 98 mph, 122, 135, Slider 3, Drop Curve 5, Changeup 4 RELIEF PITCHERS NAME, B/T, JERSEY #, TOP SPD, CTRL, STAM, PITCHES Joba Chamberlain, R/R, #62, 99 mph, 131, 85, Changeup 4, Slow Curve 4, Slider 4 JP Howell, L/L, #74, 88 mph, 113, 83, Changeup 5, Curveball 3 Jesse Carlson, L/L, #45, 89 mph, 162, 46, Hard Slider 5, Circle Change 2 Brandon League, R/R, #43, 98 mph, 127, 40, Slider 5, Splitter 4 Jason Frasor, R/R, #54, 95 mph, 154, 40, Cutter 4, Slurve 5, Splitter 3, Hard Sinker 4 Brian Wilson, R/R, #38, 99 mph, 167, 40, 2 Seam Fastball 2, Hard Slider 5, Sinking Fastball 4 AAA SQUAD PITCHERS NAME, B/T, JERSEY #, TOP SPD, CTRL, STAM, PITCHES Scott Feldman, L/R, #39, 92 mph, 114, 169, 2SFB 2, SLD 2, SCB 3, CHG 2, SNK 4 Jonathan Sanchez, L/L, #57, 94 mph, 118, 132, SLD 3, CB 3, SPLT 2 David Aardsma, R/R, #53, 98 mph, 125, 40, SLD 3, SPLT 3 Ramon Troncoso, R/R, #52, 95 mph, 132, 40, SLD 3, SCB 3, SNK 3 Cory Wade, R/R, #47, 90 mph, 157, 39, SLV 3, CHG 4 Phil Hughes, R/R, 95 mph, 137, 151, SLD 2, CB 4, CHG 2 Mark Prior, R/R, 94 mph, 113, 144, CB 4, CHG 3 FIELDERS NAME B/T JERSEY # TRJ CON POW RUN ARM FLD E RES Miguel Montero, L/R, #12 3 E (6) C (129) F (4) C (11) E (7) D (9) Lyle Overbay, L/L, #37 3 D (9) C (125) E (7) D (9) B (13) B (12) Eric Hinske, L/R, #32 2 E (7) C (138) E (7) D (8) F (5) D (9) Mike Fontenot, L/R, #17 2 E (6) D (102) D (8) G (3) G (3) F (5) Andy LaRoche, R/R, #46, 2 E (7) E (93) E (7) D (9) D (9) E (6) Skip Schumaker, L/R, #55, 2 D (9) E (96) C (11) D (8) B (12) D (8) Michael Bourn, L/R, #24, 2 D (9) D (105) A (14) D (8) D (8) C (10) Angel Pagan, S/R, #16, 2 D (9) D (105) C (10) C (10) C (11) D (9) Batting Order: 1. Basically, you tell me what to focus on during the draft): Bryan Murphy (maccrash21) Hitting Coach (You tell me what the hitters need to work on in Practice): Jonathan Jorgenson (cooldude1045) Pitching Coach (Same thing, but with pitchers): Ryan Techer (dishnetkid) Trade Advisor (I'd say this is pretty self-explanatory): Jonathan Allen (Powerprosfan31) Free Agent Advisor: Cooper Thompson (SkittleMonster) Agents are also permitted. Agents List: Jose Bautista & Jair Jurrjens - Maccrash21 Mark Prior & Scott Feldman - AgentP Kevin Millar & Brian Wilson - JackMerluzzi |
