What are good plays anyone made, my avatar photo shows my Pedroia made a jumping over the head catch, turned around and made a jumping though (like Derek Jeter would)

I made a diving catch, and my player rolled forward afterward.

I've done glove flips with Jay Stewart( :D d-tigers) and Orlando Hudson. I've done a wall climb home run rob with Ryan Braun. Then the other day, I made a diving catch with Jack Allen, a full extension one, that really hurts your stomach. I sometimes dive even if it isn't always necessary on grounders. :)

Way to be Jack!

Once, while playing the Mariners, Ichiro hopped up on the wall, and jumped from there to rob a homerun.

It was awesome.

OK, I was fooling around in practice, and I jumped for a ball, and the ball bounced off the catcher's glove and up in the air. So I jumped again with the ball still in the air and I caught the ball. It was crazy, I had never seen any play like that before.

^ I did that last week with Arroyo

I just remembered, I was playing against the Pirates, and their 3B Bautista dropped an easy pop fly, but then Jack Wilson dives right behind him and catches the drop right before it hits the ground!

When there's a pop-up like this that you can settle under, I always jump straight up in the air, because in order for the ball to hit the ground, your player has to miss it twice, once when it pops up in the air, and once after he jumps again. After missing it the second time, you don't have enough time to try a third jump, thus it hits the ground. Still though, I find this useful. Since I started using this technique, I have only had one instance where my player missed on both tries. And on that one instance, there was no one else near enough to dive in for a third try, so in some cases you might get even more than two chances at it.

Best play ever: 9th inning, tying run on third, winning run on first, 1 out. Batter hits a hard grounder up the middle, maybe even hard enough to get past the CF and roll all the way to the wall. My created second baseman dives to his right ( thank goodness he was a lefty), stops the grounder, glove flips to the covering SS, who throws it to first just in time to beat the runner. Ballgame over. We win.

You go to the 2008 Season Mode forum, and click on the topic "Honolulu Sluggers" :P

I'm such a nice person.

But anyways, I've made a spider catch to rob a walk-off home run. It was awesome. :)
