In my Royals franchise, I bought a few the lowest level upgrades for practice because that was all I was allowed to get even though I have the points to buy the more expensive upgrades. Is there anything I have to do specifically to trigger being able to buy the more expensive, more effective upgrades? |

I simmed a season mode and I think you need to get a bunch of points to buy the other upgrades...In other words you need a certain amount to buy the next level of training gear. |

I'm not sure what the exact triggers are, but when you reach the Yr 1 draft, a lot of the of bats, balls and spikes will be unlocked (even some of the 50,000 ones) whether you sim or not. By the end of the season, most of them will be unlocked. |
