Royals Sign Nomo, Ruggiano Just six days prior to their start of the season, the Royals have signed two players who were free agents. They have signed right-handed pitcher Hideo Nomo, 39, to a one-year, six-hundred point contract, as well as outfielder Justin Ruggiano, 25, to a one-year, 390 point contract. Both players have reported to triple-A Omaha. |

Willis should be banned from this game. The delivery is so stupid, it works. |
