He'll be back in the lineup the next game. It wasn't a serious injury.

May in Review

The Royals had yet another bad month, and remain in last place in the AL Central division, fifteen and a half back of the division leading Detroit Tigers. While the Royals won the same number of games as in April with ten, they lost twenty, which is three more than last month. The run production jumped this month, scoring a total of ninety-two runs, twenty-seven more than last month. However, the pitching has worsened, allowing one-hundred and six runs in the month of May, thirty-three more than April. In the American League, the division leaders include the Red Sox in the east, the Tigers in the central, and the Angels in the west. In the National league, the Braves top the east, the Astros in the central, and the Dodgers in the west. While this is not shaping up to be a good season for the Royals, their future may be bright with the draft coming up in the middle of June. The Royals will get to be one of the first to pick, and hopefully, will pick a future leader and star of the Kansas City organization.
