Yes, I will try again with a log... This is an expansion team, with expansion players, as well as two of my created players: Chris Turk (C) and Shawn Spencer (SP). Rosters with skills up soon! (And yes, I named everyone, changing many last names, as I always do. I mean, Darula? Burba? Colangelo? Really?) Agents! And I have notes for all of them, most funny, some factual. Zumikaku: Kyu Sakamoto (who I named after the famous Japanese singer, his name was already Sakamoto so I just put in the Kyu. Only guy in history to have a fully Japanese song top U.S. charts) Bobby Baseball: AENEAS Garrett. Hear that? AENEAS, not Anus! BorasJunior: Chris Turk (named after the character from Scrubs) Dishnetkid (a.k.a. The Fisherman ![]() Jacobye: Scott Curl(ing is a real sport) Lightningman117: Brian Miyagawa ("The Ragin' Asian!") |

Yay!! A new log! I'm following! Are there agents? P.S. I've been playing a few exhibition games to get back into Power Pros mode, so I'll try to get my log back from the dead again soon. |

its good too see the log rush again, it keeps the forum a little more active, which it really needs at this point(although some people I believe will still be here when its almost dead, like me ![]() Deep inside I wish I chose some OK to below average team for my log, like the Pirates. But I'm not going to start ANOTHER log right after doing one so I'll keep going with the Red Sox |

Agents have been updated. And why did I choose the name Aeneas? Because early this decade, there was a great safety for the St. Louis Rams named Aeneas Williams, and the name sounds cool. Update still planned for later, don't worry! |

2 players and a statement released Third baseman Andre Ellison and left fielder Azu Marrill were given their pink slips today by the Hornets, after a clubhouse fight in the final spring training game. Reports say that Marrill was the instigator, calling Ellison a "cocky prick" for complaining about playing time, but Ellison's retaliation, a punch to the jaw, did nothing to help the situation. A statement released by the manager, former independent league star Elijah Macon, said this: Elijah Macon wrote: It really is sad that before our inaugural season even starts, we have to deal with something like this.
I think the punishment given to them may be a bit harsh, considering they're only rookies, but I suppose it makes sense. I mean, it IS the first season, we don't need any more distractions than we already have to deal with. |

LightningMan117 wrote:  I like how you worked in a release with an actual story line, much like my short lived LVS simyard log did. Yeah, I'll be gettin' back to my A's log soon. And I'll take Miyagawa as my client. Needed an excuse to release those crappy players ![]() Anyways, updated with all the agents, and please tell me what you want them to train, I will put them on whatever I feel like putting them on (usually whatever's closest to going up a grade level). Thanks, and I'll try to play a game right now! |
