Some of my best guys are getting fatigued quickly, should I put them in rest in practice or just put them on the bench for a couple of games and let other players take their spots? and is it better to put them under rehab or like fitness? I know rehab is for players recovering from injury but would it help better to lower their fatigue bar under rehab or fitness? ![]() |

Hmm I'm not really a huge fatigue guy for players but yeah I think a few days off will help them and I think putting him in fitness will be the right idea Also buy Sunflower Seeds or Hot Dogs. It helps them fatigue less when they're in the fitness training |

And like do u just let the fatigue bar go up until it's full or just not even care about it? |

I meant that I don't know too much about fatigue and stuff, I'm sure there are plenty of other members that know a lot more than me jays_rock_360 wrote: And like do u just let the fatigue bar go up until it's full or just not even care about it? I tend not to care about it, I'm not sure if it effects moods or performances thought but all I know is: Blue is fatigued, no blue means not fatigued. |

Ya tht's the one thing I was kind of worried bout if it effected their performance. I guess mood is kind of a factor 2 but idk. Thx nyways. I guess also ya with the mood faces that if its blue thn ill put him in rest, and if not thn ill leave him be if thts wht ur saying. |

Mood is a factor in performance. If they are happier they will perform better. If they are sadder they will perform worse. Rehab boosts condition and makes the player get happier faster, fatigue maintains condition and makes the player stay happier for longer. |

lik how high do u let the fatigue bar go? i try to keep it as low as possible but i look at other teams and it seems they dont even care bout it b/c all their players fatigue bars are all full mostly. i was thinking of lik letting my starting players lik play for a week and thn give thm lik 3 or 4 days off in rest and just continue tht circuit back and forth. if nyone has ny other tips for me let me know. |

Speaking of mood, is there any way to increase that, or is it completely random? |

In MyLife mode, yes, but in season mode I find it's more random than not. |
