hey everyone. this probably won't get any responses as this place has cleared out it seems but what the hey. i did a search but couldn't find any discussions on this: 1 - i've noticed that pitchers seem to fatigue fairly quickly compared to cpu players in season mode. for example, my starters with A stamina and good condition and good vitality always start to tire around 60 or so pitches and that's with rarely ever hitting X multiple times (on the PS2 controller) to get stronger pitches. cpu opponents with similar abilities can go 90 plus pitches before tiring. there was some discussion on another message board about this but no one could figure it out. maybe it has to do with the difficulty level you chose? 2 - how do you guys like the trades the cpu makes with each other? are the trades way overkill to the point where you can no longer recognize rosters at the end of the year? i have yet to turn on cpu trades and was wondering about that for the next season. |

1. Yes I have noticed this too. It makes me really mad. 2. Yes the trades are overkill and extremely lopsided. Try Chris Snelling and a draft pick for Alfonso Soriano. |

On that one, you can't trade draft picks. |

I think Bobby means a player that you already drafted. |

Yeah, what Zumi said. I am talking about a useless scrub without a first name. |

thanks for the help guys. i'm sure Konami shored up many of the problems and glitches in the 09 version as all well made games do in future installments. 2K is a disgrace to the gaming community. if they hold out on the new game again this year i'm determined to learn Japanese! for now, back to playing season in '08 and looking for a copy of Rosetta Stone.... |

What's weirder is I've had pitchers who are huffing and puffing in quick play, and they do just fine. It's like there are different rules for quick play vs normal play. Weird... |
