I'm going to start a new franchise log, but I can't decide which team. I like the idea of turning a bad team into a good team over the course of a few years, so here's the two teams I feel like doing that with. The Athletics and the Nationals. Which team should I do?

I say the Nats mostly because you just tried the A's.
That, and the fact that if you need help, you could take a quick peek at m_a_l's Nats log (though it didn't last for too long...)

My favorite teams to do would be the Rockies or Braves but they're not too bad, especially the Rockies since they'll still have Hollisay + Atkins, Hawpe, Tulo, Helton.. You'd hit too many homeruns maybe

Hmm maybe the Royals? Nice stadium and historically known team

but I think the Nats are good. Great stadium, interesting team, and they don't have much historic so you'll know it's the 1st time in the playoffs, world series and etc

Because I just started a Nats one and am into May, trading off just about everyone. Can't have anyone stepping on my toes before I even post it.

I think I'm just going to go back to my Rays one, but not continue to play every single game. I know, I was on a nice streak of playing EVERY single game in 2008, and so far into the 2009 season, but I may get more realistic standing results by playing just one game per series maybe.

it works for me doing 1 game a series

I loved seeing every game but I think its easier to keep the Rays log alive by doing one game at a time
