Hello.

My project consists of editing and creating players for all of the MLB teams. I'm using the 1970 rosters w/ 1969 stats. Also, I look on-line and try to edit the players to what they actually look like. If I have any spots left open I fill them up w/ some of the all time players from their respective team.

Right now, I'm almost done w/ the National League. It's a long process, but it'll pay off in the long run.

Will do. It's very time consuming, but fun at the same time. I usually take one day to update the stats. Then the next day I update their looks. I do look forward to the end product.

I made a league comprised of teams/players from the 80's and early 90's. It took forever - I'm still cleaning up some of the pitchers - but it turned out awesome. I had to make the Expos from scratch but they turned out well. Name a team and I'll post their roster.

Will you be doing this in Success Mode? If so, you should post 'em here!

There's not enough slots for them all to be success characters.

No, it'll take me forever if I did this through Success mode. I'm doing this from the Edit Player part.

I'm finally done w/ the National League. Now, I'm going to take a long break and then tackle the American League rosters.

Wow, glad I noticed this post.

This may work; I haven't tried it yet. Could you make a Success player, have him on an Arrange team, and delete him but leave him on the team? If so, along with the 200 players and the players you can store on your Wii-Remote, you can have over 1000 players on your system. Pretty cool. I'll try this and see if it works. However, he said he's just going to edit the current rosters, so it doesn't matter here.

I believe you can.

Yeah, once a player is saved in Arrange Mode he is there for good . . . at least until you delete him from Arrange Mode. But who has that kind of time? 30 Arrange Mode teams x 44 roster spots per team = 1,320 Success Mode players.

Thats what I did to update my rosters to what the current rosters are like. Created a player in success mode and put him on an arrange team and deleted him from the created player list. However, beware doing this, you won't be able to use that player in any other mode than season, league, or exhibition modes. Almost finished with 6 teams to do. I will tell you. If you are going to create that many players it will take you alot of time. I did roughly 6 at the least to maybe 18 players a team (minimum/maximum). It will drain you doing that. Better to edit if your doing those type of rosters.

I'm pretty much done w/ the rosters. All I have to do now is just change a few teams player appearances. Once that's completed, I'm going to change the free agents and extra players on the teams.

I'm done w/ the American and National League Rosters. Now I just have the Free Agents to do and that's it.
