Post subject:  A New Team, A New Beginning-The 2008 Round Rock Rookies
Since my Pirates log got kinda boring, since I kept winning every game, i have started all over again with a new season, with two new expansion teams, the Round Rock Rookies and the Tuscon Venom. The Rookies are in the AL Central, while the Venom are in the AL West. I will be using the Rookies. The team, like it's name, is all real, major league rookies. Here is their roster:

MixMaster Mike here, teling you that it's opening day for the Major Leagues, and we have your very own Round Rock Rookies facing the Minnesota Twins. As for the pitching matchup, we have Andrew Brackman going for the Rookies, and Nick Blackburn for the Twins. This is going to be a great first game, Rookies fans. Let's hope they start their franchise with a win.
