Well I think i finally have one that I'll actually do alot of(the last few I haven't done much of)
I'll continue to do the leauge and maybe the new hawaii log but this'll be my main focus.


Team Name: Phoenix Deserts
Division: AL Central
Stadium: GoldenApple's Stadium
Team Colors: Red, Black and Sand colored
Uniforms: To be put up soon through picture
Team Logo: To be put up soon through picture
The Team is an expansion team made of my players, this is the same team as Team 1 in the thread that was named:which team is better offensivly but I'll put up the pitchers and fielding stats up for them later and name the roster

Other Expansion Team: Hawaii Eagles :P
Division: AL West
Stadium: Rainbow Beach Stadium
Team Colors: Blue, Gold, Black
Uniforms: Blue, Gold, Black
Team Logo: Blue/Gold Eagle

Edit: I can't get the picture to work but my logo is a red/black falcon and for the uniforms:

Home: Black Hat, Red Logo on Ht, Red Brim, Red Sleeves, Black Uniform, Red Line, Sandy Pants(or whatever it is)

Road: Sandy Hat, Black Logo, Red Brim, Red Uniform, Black Sleeves, Black Under, Sandy Line

And here are some key things:

There will be no free agents after this season to keep the rosters intact, and there will be no trades for a few years because they really destroy the rosters. But there will be free agents in 2009

Rosters: Roster have been edited up to now so the Pirates/Nats trade is there and Eric Hinske to the Yankees is there from today. But I didn't do all of the relief pitchers and some bench players so not everything is perfect but all the big moves are in there

Phoenix Tribune- Deserts name opening day lineup

The Phoenix Deserts have named their opening day lineup vs the cleveland indians. It will likely be their everyday lineup unless hitters need breaks. They will open up their season at home in new goldenapple's stadium with Blance likely getting the nod for opening day starting pitcher

Deserts Insider- Deserts sign 2 to contract
According to numerous reports, the deserts have signed veteran 38 year old catcher Adam Melhuse to a 810,000$ contract and has signed 26 year old left handed pitcher Chuck James to a 390,000$ contract. Both will report to AAA and will be used in case of injuries

Phoenix Tribune | Cooper plays hero in comeback with walk-off

The Deserts were able to win an exciting game with a 6-5 win over Rafeal Betancourt and the Cleveland Indians. The game begin with first inning struggles for Kerry Blanco as Choo started the Indians scoring with an RBI single. Lee started off good by retiring the first 5 but Jason House hit a changeup over the left field wall for a solo shot to tie it. Phoenix never led in the game but tied it in the 5th, that lasted 2 innings as Grady Sizemore hit a homerun off of Blanco to give them the lead, Blanco would go 6.1 innings giving up 4 runs in his debut. Jeff Gonzalez was able to tie it with an RBI groundout in the 8th where Martinez made a great diving play to prevent the go-ahead run from scoring. Petit came on to pitch the ninth and the fire-baller didn't faze Garko as Garko gave the Tribe the lead with a solo shot. Chris Sanchez led off the 9th with a pinch hit single and Caroll followed with a single. Hawk bunted them over and Cooper did the rest by blasting one off the center field wall to score the tying and winning runs, it was only ruled a single because he didn't get to second base.

Yep :D He's really good offensivly but bad defensivly, but I needed him to be like that or Jacobson would be on the bench his whoel career
