It's time for baseball fans, and we expect to see a great season get underway in 2008.
November 24th, 2007:
The MLB annouces a corporate expansion plan, the Toledo Mud Hens will become the Toledo Ravens after along corporate battle in Ohio. The Ravens will be Ohio's 3rd MLB team, and the 2nd in the National League.
The Ravens are 2-0 having won their first home game against the Reds on a walkoff RBI single. They easily defeated the Reds in game two, successfully completing their first sweep as a franchise.
Next up are the Cubs in a three-game series.
The Ravens play their home games at Progressive Field in Cleveland and play when the Indians are out of town.
I expect this to be a new log, and pretty much consider my Tigers log DEAD AND GONE!
