I'm on the home stretch. 10 games to go in the regular season. My team is burning out! All the regulars fatigue bar is almost maxed out. Even relief pitchers who I only pitch once or twice per week. Anybody else have this problem? And, despite a large lead in the AL East playoffs around the corner, the moral of the players is terrible, mostly that purple "sobbing" icon or at least the frowning face. I don't rest my starting lineup all that much - young guys I maybe give 1 day off every 2 weeks, catchers and stuff obviously more. Still I think it kind of sucks that my players are exhausted and miserable. Am I that mean to them? I'm starting to worry that they are going to organize a revolt and hold me hostage inside my TV demanding better working conditions or something. |

Didn't you call up players for September Call-Ups? I did, and used them the entire month without using a single one of my starting players. Then if you have enough money in the offseason, buy "hot dog" and your players will not have any fatigue. |

If you have a commanding lead for the final games, I'd call up everyone you can and play them. Ten days rest can be very good for your starting line up, especially since the play offs will be coming up soon... and you want to win! |

I could give my guys all 10 days off I guess...but 'tis the season for padding stats so I'm reluctant. Maybe if I can hang in there for 10 more games the gap between the season end and playoffs will freshen the guys up. Incidentally it doesn't seem to be affecting the performance, what exactly does fatigue do in the game? I'm hitting as good as or better than ever and the pitchers are doing just fine too. |
