Okay here we go:

Well, it looks like Bud Selig wanted more, so he has created two teams, one of which is the Las Vegas Dinosaurs, the other being the Norfolk Werewolves, us. We have been given the blueprints to Fenway Park so we can build a replica, and it should be finished by spring training.

We thought it would be rough at first, but surprisingly a dream draft was called. We wound up with the 1st pick, too!

Here's how our draft went:

I forgot I registered three players: Wyl's MLBPPWORLD, Mike94100's K. Bill, and Carter (i forget who made it)

anyway, the front office is considering trading guardado and rowand away, for a better closer, such as K-Rod or Mariano Rivera. Sonnastine is out of the rotation, we now have a 6-man rotation. MLBPPWORLD and K. Bill are 1-2.

Anyway, the results of first game: Our team wins, 3-0. That's a start!

Highlights: Only one really.
First pitch of our first at bat ever, Carter crushes it 423 feet to right centerfield for a home run. Good Omen!

And why isn't Felix Hernandez in front of Lincecum? In the game, he is better.

sorry. i edited lincecum to have 4 break for his slider and cchg (i replaced chg with cchg), and 5 for DCB, and his top spd is 98 mph.

but Felix has Spin 4 and 3 level 5 pitches. I still think he's better. *Not to be arguing with you or anything :roll: *

okay, lemme say 1 more thing:
lincecum has dr. k, which is one of the best pitcher abilities in the game. felix, though i love him, has no dr. k, but consistency 2...

Your really a big fan of the king, aren't you mate?
I always like getting C.C., Webb, Wakefield, Hallady, Kennedy (Ian, had a 1.3 e.r.a last year you know) and Joba (to transform into a starter). King and Linecum are very good, but not as good as most of these guys. Joba has the potential to be the best as he has the best breaking balls. I always edit his stamina to C (it should be D).

Anyone ever tried an expansion team with the automated bad players? Its a heck of a challenge on all powerful, and a fun one too.
By the way, what division are you in and whose in it (if you edited it)? What type of teams do they have, meaning are they more pitching based or hitting based? What's the salary? Finally, where is the other expansion team?
Best of luck to you mate. Draft games are always challenging and fun. For some reason it always seems like its harder even when you're playing with a below average team. Maybe its because the AL east picks first for some reason and I usually use the Yanks for this type of thing.

It is not like that unless you are doing arrange mode or dream draft. Because when you do arrange mode or dream draft, you'll have the number one pick in your first year. Unlike in normal season mode, your pick will be according to your overall position last year.
