I was leading the Pirates 4-0, and I gave up an amazing 7 runs in the bottom of the 8th and took the loss.  Carlos Marmol gave up 5 runs giving them the lead, and Michael Wuertz gave up a 2-run homer to Nate McLouth following. Both pitchers have done similar things in real MLB this season. Man, this game is realistic.  EDIT: I did have a web gem play in this game. I recorded it and put it on youtube. Check it out here. |

Eh that's not so great. Actually it was I'm just used to seeing those as I go to fielding practice a lot. You cut it before the umpire made the call. He looked safe... |

i've done that, the catcher turns around and tags the guy while the catcher is slightly blocking the plate. A really fun thing to do is to go into practice mode, and try to hit the perfect ball so your right fielder can nail the guy at first. |
