Baseball news update. The Mets traded Oliver Perez to the Angels for John Lackey. May they both have good luck.

Also, the Mets acquired Phillips and E.Encarnacion from the Reds for E.Chavez and Easley.

Ham, you're going overboard on the trades

I'm just getting better guys, to help my team. Remember at the beginning of April, I said I'd take this team from the bottom to the top.

But the Mets are already at the top (close to it) with their default roster.

But the in game Mets are already one of the best teams. If you read any season logs, you'll know mass trading (especially at the beginning) takes away most of the fun. It's easy to abuse the trade system, and it seems like that's what you're doing. You're turning away the few readers you had

I will also still follow, even with all the trades. Trading is fun, just in moderation. OK, I will admit, in every football game, I do all means necessary to get the first 10 picks of the draft. Every year.

I do the same dish, but not all ten. I just get in he top ten. The first ten picks seems a little obsessive. No offense, of course.

None taken. That's what I usually try to do, get at least 10 picks in the first 3 rounds or so of the draft. I am very notorious doing this in my NFL Head Coach game.

I had a draft in NHL '12 where I had the first 60 draft picks, and 75 of the first 90.

After that draft, the game froze every time.

Game midd April summary

The Mets won 5-3 on a walk off HR buy Church off of the Nationals. Santana went 8 and 1/3 of an innings with a no disicion. (probably spelled It wrong) and Schowenies with the win.
