You could raise the top speed to 101 and max out control. You could also make the SIFB a 5. I heard that for shuuto spin you just need to stay still at the baseball game when you get the choice to catch the ball. I dont care about Dr. K but I would like Shuuto Spin.

Zero, that's the issue. Trying to get Shutto Spin could take hours upon hours
