Sure, that's it...

The reason I used all those players is because I had originally made them before I joined the site since I wanted to make the Charlotte Chargers for PS2. But alas, I went overboard and made too many players too quickly and got bored of Success Mode for a while, so there they sat. The fourteen players I'd originally made, only used for the occasional fielding practice. I wanted to put them to some use, so I though this'd be a good way

Well, I've been the GM for a little over a month now, and I believe I've settled in pretty well. I've gotten used to the owner, staff, and I've already formed friendships with a few of the players. After a month of searching, we'd finally found our new trainer, former baseball player Case Royal. We've basically given up hope of finding a trade adviser, so until we find one, both Ryan's will share the job. After hitting the Gym, I decided it'd be a good idea to go introduce myself to Case and see what he thinks about the training. "Hey Case, I'm Cooper Thompson, the new GM. I'm curious about what you think the players should train." He hands me a list with all the players and their training. "Umm, ok. See ya." As I'm walking away, Case decides to pip up. "Don't let anyone get injured, ok Cooper?" "I'll try Case, but no promises."

Not too great of an update, I couldn't really think of anything else to say, but I wanted to at least introduce Case and talk about how I never found a Trade Advisor. For all you who follow (all three of ya...), this is technically last night's update, (I fell asleep, hoping that the whole Red Sox trade would just away while I slept, plus, I was just really *(censored)* tired. Stupid high school ) so expect another longer, more complete update later today, assuming I don't fall asleep again

Also, I'm not sure what I'll do about agents. Right now I'm leaning against it, but if someone not named Brewers can convince me otherwise, then I'll give them a shot.

Speak up guys... I want agents, but I'm not allowed to talk.

If you're not going to do anything special with them I don't really see the point.

Despite being only a few days from the first games of the regular season, it seems as though it's never too late to change up the rules. Matthew Harris popped his head into my office with a concerned look on his face. "Mr. Thompson, we have some big news about the draft." "Ok, what is it dude?" He silently hands me a folder and stands there, waiting for me to finish.


"This is good right? We have the fourth pick, so we're guaranteed an RD?" I ask. "Well, yes, but now the draft is just like the NBA. The first five-ten picks are great, but everything after that is a bench player or bullpen guy." Matthew says. "I guess you do have a point. We just have to make sure we don't blow our pick, and we should be good. Back to work. Opening Day is just around the corner!"


Brewers, you can read minds, can't you I decided I'll allow agents, so if anyone is interested, they can pick one pitcher and one fielder. Also, I'm starting games tomorrow. Yay!

YAY! I get Markakis, and... well, I don't know the rest of the roster.

I'll take Tucker Davis.

And Skittles, I'll take whoever your closer is as well. I would like to know his name though.
