The Reds offense was on full charge whe Brandon "@DatDude" Phillips hit a home run on starter Zach Duke's first pitch. The reds high powered offense helped them tie with the Bucs at two, until the 5th, when Rolen knocked in the go ahead run. Willis pitched 6 good innings until the 7th, when he complained of soreness in his elbow. MRI tests reveal nothing wrong. Lefty Reliver Bill Bray gave up 2 runs in the 8th, but the Reds scored 3 to give Aroldis Chapman the save. When asked about the hit total, Drew Stubbs said, 'Must have been the sandwich I ate."

BUCS: 4 10 0
WP: B.Bray
LP: Z. Duke
SV: A. Chapman
HRs: B. Phillips (2)
MVP: Rolen (go ahead RBI in 5th)

Drew Stubbs is pleased/disappointed(?) at his hit total as even he doesn't remember what it is. He recently had some sandwich-flavored juice that made him go quite loopy.

G.B. Way to go, gang, we won 3 of our last 5. We're all going for Italian subs at Guido's. In other news, Leake has taken the 5 slot in the rotation, and Volquez (0-2 record 25.00 ERA) and Arredondo were traded for All-Star reliever Heath Bell. Let's give him a round of applause! Any comments or questions? Stubbs, you are batting .313, best on the starting lineup now. Way to go. Votto, you have 3HR, but a .150 BA, step it up man! Eat some extra subs!
