Dude, he's actually starting to get in Beltre's way. He's now batting .260, and he has 96 RBI at the beginning of September, 23 homers, too.

Ah, much better. it's the batting practice combined with blazing speed and solid defense. Go Raul!! . And Felix, I haven't really been keeping tabs on him. This log is moving very quickly! It's crazy! Not a bad thing, though.

There will be adjustments for the '09 season.

So, I have an idea for the '09 season. I've noticed that other logs have used this strategy, and it adds some interactivity for the viewers, I'll be picking some people to have certain jobs, hitting coach does fielders practice, pitching coach does pitchers, trade advisor, free agent advisor, draft advisor, you know the drill. So post if you want one of those spots.

That seems like a pretty good idea, I'll definitely be following this franchise from here on out, but I'll let some of the more seasoned members grab at the meat if they want, that's a solid plan however.

The Mariners have fallen to the playoff bound Yankees. Up 6-3, closer J.J. Putz came in to finish things off, instead he gave up a triple to Johnny Damon who later scored as they tacked on three runs in the inning to give Putz his eighth blown save of the year, after that, we discovered that general manager Prediction has been on the verge of letting him go, even after making the allstar team he has had a less than satisfactory season, apart from that, the Mariners played solid baseball, Andrew Miller made his debut, and went seven strong innings, allowing just three runs and getting a quality start to his name.
