Hey guys, I'm thinking of doing another log, because I just finished up my success arrange team. They're called the Dover Dogs. Do you wanna do this or not?

I'd like to see one finished year out of this log at least.

The game started off well, when Votto hit a solo shot off Pirates starter Great Bennett, but the Reds fell behind soon after, when Chris Duffy hit a 2 RBI single off Willis. The Reds battled back in the 3rd, when Stubbs knocked in Phillips, and Bruce knocked in Votto, to make it 3-2 Reds. The Reds struck again when Votto hit another solo shot in the 7th. In the 8th, the Pirates scored a run off Francisco Cordero. In the 9th, the Reds brought in red-hot rookie Snare to close the game. He ended up blowing it though, giving up RBIs to Bay and Laroche.

While starter Travis Wood got the (66-66) Reds off to a bad start, giving up 5 runs in the first 3 innings, the Reds were able to hit back harder in the last 3 innings with 5 runs.

TEAM MEETING: 10 PM, Guido's Sandwich Buffet
Well, gang, I'm sure you're all glad to know that I'm sticking with the team, and rejected the Dover position. It's time to get down and dirty in the off-season, and this year, we're focusing on rebuilding the team. The bad news is, we'll have to cut some veterans. I'm thinking Rolen and Cordero, but I'll have to check and make sure their renewal is this year. Rolen just isn't putting up numbers to justify his 10mil contract. F.Cordero lost 10 games as our closer, and is also making 10mil. Janish did a solid job of taking over in the last quarter ofthe season, but will still have to compete with Miguel Cairo in spring training. A platoon role here could very well be the answer. Our new closer will either be C.Cordero or Chapman. Corky Miller will see plenty of time as backup catcher, as he had a stellar year. Rookie pitcher Phil Snare will get more starts, while Eckleman needs to improve before he gets a call-up. So guys, any thoughts?

Bruce: I'm, I'm gonna miss you guys.... * Macca whispers into his ear* Huh?! Your staying?! Yes!!!!

Chapman: I need to practice stamina over the off season. I am determined to become a starter!
