I would bet that you edited a player to make him, or did you make him in Success?

Players are all edited, most young, but I think I made Toadsworth from an old rookie.

2008 draft:

In addition to the regular draft, another 10 great prospects come into the league, free to sign with whichever team they wish at whatever price they negotiate. Those players are as follows for the 2008 season:

Decent breaking pitches and a workable fastball means he may see some time as a relief pitcher somehow.

The Superstars sign Matfey for 1 year, 2360 contract.

"It's kind of expensive for someone who's unproven at this level, I guess that's a big part of why I didn't go for any of the huge names, like Luke Johnson and Gene, who want well over 10000 for their starting contract. We don't really need a big piece for our team anyway, we have things in place and are in first place, we just need to fix things up and keep it that way. This new prospect will be an immediate addition to a bullpen I feel was lacking, he can really eat up a lot of innings according to his scouting report, and that's what we need. With our struggling starting rotation, I wouldn't be surprised if he could make it as a starter by next year, he struggles with control, but has an amazing knuckleball."

Luke Johnson, an amazing starting pitcher, signed with the KC Royals, he should be an ace in their rotation in no time

By the end of draft week, Fireballer and Cunningham still have not signed a contract.

"I was thinking I'd be content with signing Matfey, but I don't know, looking at Fireballer... It's really tempting."

End of April:

Royals prospect Luke Johnson got off to an early start, winning Rookie of the Month with 3 wins, 36 strikeouts and a 0.33 ERA.

Superstars Donkey Kong won Player and Rookie of the Month in April, hitting for a .340 average while hitting 12 home runs and driving in 43 runs.

National League crushed in 7-4 loss:

The score made the game look much close than it was, the National League was down 7-1 at one point, but fought back to getting the tying runner to the plate, they did nothing from there though. Diddy Kong allowed 5 runs in the first inning and one third to blow the game early. Manny Ramirez had two key home runs for the American League. Mario and Donkey Kong had home runs for the National League, as well as Hanley Ramirez.

Superstars send down E.Gonzalez, sign Fireballer.

"It's been tempting for a while, and still nobody signed him, so... I'll have to find a spot for him somewhere, our whole lineup is pretty solid right now."

Superstars acquire C.Hart:

In a trade with the Brewers, the Superstars have acquired C.Hart, as well as 2567 points, they gave up E.Gonzalez, Pianta, and Shy Guy from their bullpen and minor leagues.

"I think the trade should probably help us, C.Hart will be more than a capable pinch-hitter for us, and with the acquisition of Fireballer we had too many pitchers to deal with. This trade also helps us pay off some player salaries and lowers the overall team salary."

End of July:

The Superstars 83-54 record is good enough to hold a 7.5 game lead in the division, they have a magic number set at 18 and it would need to be a ridiculous collapse for them to not make the playoffs at this point

It's worth noting that since becoming a starter, Matfey has had a quality start in all 8 of his starts
