In Stubbs' postgame press conference, he was very unhappy with the offensive showing off the team, but glad Arroyo could do so well.

Mike Leake had a disappointing start to the season. He lost the lead at the top of the 2nd, but a Joey Votto solo shot in the third gained it back. He lasted 5 innings, giving up 6 runs. Phils starter Adam Eaton didn't do so hot either giving up the lead in the 6th, when Joey Votto got his first hit of the season, a solo bomb to straightaway center. Arredondo and Chapman pitched decently, and Chris Heisey came off the bench in the 7th, getting a clutch Ribbie making it 7-6 Reds. However, in the 9th, Cordero gave up an RBI triple to Chase Utley, and Pat Burrell's 2nd Blast of the day and blew the game. The Reds have now lost 5 in a row to start the season.

IDK, you have potential, but your stamina needs work, and you need at least one more pitch, but a few years from now, I could see you become an ace. I think a trade might be in order to bolster the bullpen. I'm thinking backup catcher Hanigan. He's young, with some pop and a good arm. Hernandez is a good starter, and I could call up veteran Corky Miller to take Hanigan's place. Any other ideas for a trade?

Leake demands a rotation spot, he wasn't a 1st round draft pick going striaght to the bigs to be stuck in the bullpen. Trade E Conrtol Volquez for bullpen help.
