My client, Elijah Dukes, has informed me that he does not care for the smiley face next to his name. He says it's almost as insulting as his spot in the batting order.

Kearns loves batting 5th, as he gets many RBI chances, and Guzman loves batting leadoff, as it gives him plenty of chances to score. Guzman wants to practice on his batting in general, and Kearns wants to practice defense. Guzman also wants a better 2B to turn double plays with.

My client, Elijah Dukes, says he knows how to make a *expletive* smiley face. He says he hasn't been this insulted since the day the Rays traded him straight up for Glenn Gibson. However, he says he might be willing to sweep the entire thing under the rug if you would allow him to court your youngest daughter. Yes, he actually used the word "court." He says you better, because he is going to court her regardless. He would also like a new weight bench in the fitness room and 25 bags of beef jerkey, but none of the teriyaki flavored stuff.

I'll be willing to add that to his contract, if he bats over .300 for April. What does court mean?

Guzman doesn't translate well, so he puts gourmet teriyaki sauce is Dukes's locker as a gift. :P
