Lol, I guess I'd better make him do good if I want you to keep following.

I am always going to be posting other stuff, like recent trades by me and other teams and all kinds of transcations (trades, Call-ups etc.)

You'll probably go through periods where he absolutely dominates and times where he can't get an out, I don't think there's an in between with him. That's what happened when I used him in last years game, but overall he was a beast.

Very powerful Fastball but some questions with his control. I think I will be using him alot. Hopefully he can be the backbone of the Bullpen and be able to buckle it down.

Wow, what a game, our offense was quite good, especially against Glavine. Snell pitching may not have been to good, but on offense he was a beast 3-3 double 2 rbi. I noticed we gave up alot of Homeruns today and I think that needs to be worked on.

Also, I simmed to the 8th of April, we fell to 3-4. Hopefully I can get back up to .500, I will try to play a game tomorrow, but it's pretty doubtful.

And WTF Andy LaRoche batting before Jack Wilson and Ronny Paulino? Wilson and Paulino are both better hitters.

I might do the same thing with the Royals (so its hard). I probably will just use my own team though.

Actually I like Wilson batting 9th. I like players who can hit power in 9th. If he continues to struggle, he will be demoted. Paulino, will probably already get a promotion. Also Andy is batting the best, .450!

Good luck with the Royals! I like doing teams and have to rebuild them.

Maholm was doing great, but I was afraid to turn to the bullpen and kept him in to long. So I paid a good price. The offense struggled, and so did theirs, but atleast they got started in the 8th. Less homers, but still needs to be worked on. As far as I'm concerned, best start for Maholm. Everyone else, well you guys sucked.

I am looking to this series. We have a 7-11 record. I will be disappointed if we can't Split the serie wins. The Marlins aren't a terrible team but they aren't fantastic, like us (minus the fantastic part). Hopefully we can get some wins this series to win back the confidence of the players and the trust of the manager!

Players to watch for:

Andy LaRoche, this guy is looking great! Batting just about at .500 after starting 19 games out of 20. He only has 3 RBIs so that may lead me to think that he struggles in the clutch, if he does we will have plenty of time to work on that.

THE PIRATES COME FROM BEHIND WALK-OFF IN THE NINTH!!!!!!!!

Well I fast simmed game 1, and here's what we got.

Down 2-1 in the ninth, probably a solo shot to tie it up, base hit by Rivas, I take over with no outs. Paulino base hits to left. Then on what could have been a DP on Wilson was an error on Hanley. Bases juiced no outs. I call pinch hitter for the pitcher Denny Bautista for C. Gomez He delivers with the base hit to center to win the game!!!!!1 Duke Pitched his second gem in a row, not as many K's but dominant. The win goes to Bautista I think. I am also going to sim game 2 too.

He does it again, coming into this game with an already amazing 1.96 ERA and delivers a one hit shut out, and the offense gave him support, now we have a bout' with the Cards.

PIRATES ACQUIRE EDWIN ENCARNACION IN BLOCKBUSTER

Yep, we traded away struggling Freddy Sanchez (.264 1HR 26HR) to the Cinci When we are in June, someone like Sanchez needs to have more than 1 homer, plus he WAS batting over .300. Not anymore. This deal also includes giving up Andy LaRoche, but we also get young players Edison Volquez and Livingston. This deal also had thrown in names like Rookie Johnny Cueto, Danny Richar, Joey Votto, and Francisco Cordero. This deal alos unloads 5k of pay. Taking the place of Sanchez will be Chris Gomez and Edwin will take over 3rd.

The Manager had these words to say: "Sanchez was getting old, and we ended up with 3 new guys, I'm happy, not about trading him, but gaining the new young faces.

Sanchez was pretty happy about the trade: "I love it! I am going from last to first, I can enjoy my prime on a very good team. The Pirates have a great future, but at my age I just can't be part of it.

Andy LaRoche was not avalible to comment.

IAN SNELL SENT TO THE MINORS, MAY NOT PITCH FOR THE PIRATES AGAIN OR PITCH FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON

Struggling Ian Snell has been sent down the minors. With a 14.2 ERA and a 1-6 record, it was time to make the move, newly acquired Hideo Nomo (see below) will take his place in the rotation.

Snell said: "I am not performing, I get that but I guess I need to go to the Minors and re-gain my confidence...."

The Pirates aren't going well. First Sanchez, and LaRoche will be coming sooner or later. With a 24-36 record, 12.5 games back, I am willing to sacrifice some good players and get young ones. It's going to be rough, we will see what happens.

PIRATES MOVE TO 6-MAN ROTATION

We have moved to a 6-man rotation all right. I wanted to add one more slot beacause I wanted to let Edison Volquez in that rotation and am eager to see if he can be good with us too.

EDISON VOLQUEZ THROWS NO-NO AT PNC AGAINST ASTROS

Volquez in his first start in a Pirates uniform just threw a 12K No-No. I didn't play this game, all Fast gamed. Volquez improves to 2-0 with the first no-no of his career, here's what he had to say:

"I am still in shock, I'm so young and just threw a no hitter, this must of been what Clay Bucholz or Jon Lester must have felt like, I need to give it time to sink in, I was really just focused on getting the win. I also couldn't have done it without the great fielding of each and every one of the players."
