I read on GameFAQs that the original pitch is possible and you get it from Sittch's ninja training. That is in no way a proven source but what do they have to gain by lying about it? If no one else does I'll try to test soon.

I got through the walking on water part with the ninja training, and Sittch says something about me being ready to move on to the next level of training (or something like that), but I didn't see him at the lake again after that. So who knows -shrug-

Ok in this you don't modify a pitch you have, he gives you a selection of a few pitches you don't have to modify. I just got the "Sinkball". Original name I know :lol:

nope. You pick a pitch from a selection of choices given, and one modification

Aw man! :x I loved how you could customize your pitch as much as possible last year. There were so many possibilities to how your pitch could be.

Yeah, but you do get a free pitch. So you get an orig slider or so for free.

the knuckleball wasnt a choice of pitches. I think it was SIFB, SNK, FORK, CURVE, and SLIDER

But you already had a change-up so I'm pretty sure it varies. On this char I already have SIFB,SC,SNK,DCB,CUT,SLD, and 2SFB.

Let's see what the options are for him 8)

At what point in Stittch's training did this happen? So far I've gotten past the spider walk on water thing and have been back to him twice since then, the first time was sort of a re-do of the 'guess which one I am' deal, and the second time he threw shuriken at me and I had to memorize what body part he was going to throw them at so I could dodge. No mention of a new pitch yet (although I did terrible on the dodge the shuriken thing because I didn't fully understand what I was doing). When does he offer you a new pitch?

Ugh. What a waste. Pitch selection is the same regardless of what pitches you already have. Pretty stupid though, why can't you have a customized down pitch?
