I just got a Gambler's Ring from the Jaw Find Dog event, without saving/reloading. I've never gotten one before, but I know that they are good, so I saved and haven't done anything yet. My question is, what do I do with it? Do I go after blue abilities? Or do I try to boost my contact or run speed as high as I can get it? I have no clue, so I don't want to continue, so quick replies would be nice. I'm making a 3rd Baseman, by the way.

I would use all your experience points to gamble on contact, arm strength and E Res. The steak lady will easily max out your power for you, and you can go to Jaw every week and get an ability, you'll have so much money that at the end you can use all your money to buy Spikes and Glove Waxes to max out fielding and run speed. Bat waxes aren't worth it because power is out of 255 and Speed and Fielding are out of 15. What's worth more, 1 out of 255, or one out of 15? Plus you can break your bat and lose all your waxes

IMPORTANT: Save often if you're going to gamble often!!! The Gambler's Ring is breakable, so be careful.

You have to love gambling for 3% or less and then, when you finally get it, having the ring break.

This is why I rarely gamble.
