how can you make a player's ability (CON, PWR, ...) after finishing Success Mode? |

You can boost abilities and buy/sell items in the screen that comes right after completing success mode where you set profile, appearance, etc. After that (when the game gives you your password), you cannot change your player any further. |

Because the game is over, and the password is set. Ever wonder why the Passwords are so long? Its because they have set sequences for certain stats, and you can't "magically alter" them like in Madden. Transferring them in Season or Life mode gets better stats through practice, but those upgrades only apply in that mode. |
