Guys. Joe Nelson of Tampa Rays throws a "vulcan change-up". I have found literature that states it is a variation of the circle change. Which pitch in the game would best resemble the vulcan chabgeup? Would it be better I go custom pitch?

Well, a lot of pitches people throw have been represented differently in Power Pros (or so I've read, I'm not that observant). So Circle Change should be fine, but you can get the custom pitch if you want.
