i think he means once the effect happens he can leave, come back and nothing happened and i say yes ive done that |

I have gotten the glove thief event but could not catch him nor did I see him at all after that? What do you do to catch him? |

If Marvin says the thief went "X" direction, you have to look "Y" direction. This is off the top of my head, so you'll need to verify the directions, but I think it's like this for the Glove Thief: N > South S > West E > North W > East |
