Hey guys, I'm back from being on hiatus here for a while! Well, honestly, my internet was disconnected for some time, but afterwords, I started studying the codes for each of my 3 created players from Success mode. I haven't got the code down completely, but there seems to be a 3-key mini-code for each attribute, such as Durability and Power Hitter and what not.

If you all look at your passwords for your characters, you will notice these similarities with each character, where they all have similar parts in their codes. Haven't figured out how to do names, positions and exact numerical stats, but in terms of abilities, I have found some, if not, most. If you guys can help out with this, awesome, just like, create a characters with no extra abilities, including no Pr Sense/Gd Sense, or whatever.

Yea, I know this is a weird way to come back, but I think if we figure this out, it could help people out with those tired of going through Success mode just to create a new character.

But it'll just be changed in 31/2 months...I wouldn't bother at this point. Maybe next year's version.

This sounds cool, but...

If you really are tired of going into Success Mode to create a character, why not just edit a player to what you want?

Well, I think it's a great idea--particularly if there are a number of players you want created, with certain qualities, without having to spend days upon weeks doing it.

For example, one idea I had awhile back was creating historical players to fill out most of the current teams. I mean, can you imagine how fun it'd be to have a Yankees lineup with Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle, and A-Rod going up against a Mets rotation of Nolan Ryan, Tom Seaver, and Dwight Gooden? The possibilities are almost endless!

But you'd need 750 save slots....Or you could edit everyone...

You could build some and edit others, but it would take a lot of time. There's been talk of a PP game like this, but it would be very unbalanced in some instances. All-time phills v. all-time yanks? Awsome game. All-time phills v. all-time Diamonbacks? pretty much the current roster for the D-backs, not fun. It would only benefit a few teams.

The D'Backs would be doable. The only team I see a problem with would be the rays. Not many stars in their history.

If you look at Michael Dickson (Dickey)'s PW, you'll see in the second row a three character bit Rnk.

Now, look at Zoll Man's Same Rnk in there. What ability do they share? :?

Yeah, I've noticed that too, since I have used both players.

Actually, it wouldn't be that close. Historically, the Phillies suck. They're the worst non-expansion team. But they would still kick the historic D-Backs buts. Maybe All-time Yanks vrs. All-Times Oakland As or Brooklen/L.A. Dodgers (Dodgers Yankees, now that would be good).
