How do you even get her? I've only had the other two appear. Unless she is the dog-ghost chick?

You can get the shuuto spin ability at the MLB game random event (RE). You'll need a prerequisite RE when Marvin comes and tells you that he's got tickets to a game. Select yes and another RE will come. When it happens you are select stand still (I'm not sure, I haven't gotten this event in ages) and you have a chance of getting shuuto spin.

Personally I don't like Emily a lot. I have no interest in the Star ability, and, in my opinion, she is really REALLY ugly.

she IS ugly, and star sucks for me since I import my guys into season mode.

yep, that was me. i only got to the 3rd part of her arc, as i focus on patty and sittch.

To start her arc I'm fairly sure that she "randomly" appears at the park. Initially her face won't show at the park. When you click on park, Marvin and Chief come across her in the park, and it goes from there. I'm not sure when it starts, or how long you must date her for her to give star though
