Is there something I can buy from the shop at the end of the game to boost top speed? I'm making Jeff Samardzija, his top speed is currently at 93 MPH and I need to get it up to 98 MPH. How do I do this with about a month left?

Glove waxes increase it 1-2 top speed. Usually 1.
You need to have a glove though.

I can't use just my regular glove?

The only way that you can use the glove waxes is buying a glove.
(Or if you got a glove from the 3rd Sittch event that works to)
It all depends on how much money you have at the end of the final game.
The other way to get it higher is to just practice Top Speed.

I have the doctor K glove, but I don't want it because it'll boost my control too high.

no, but there's heavyweight and one other, I think it's ace stud or something.

Heavyweight: Spd+1 ctrl-5 stam-5

Ace Stud: spd+1 ctrl -5 I think

Accelerator Soles are +1 Top Speed, or rarely, +2.
