I am currently making my best success player ever, but his scout eval is too low to be in the majors. In the game against Sittch, I'd assume if you win, you go to the majors. Is this correct? I'm a newbie at the new game, so...

If you have more then one turn, go to the shop and buy the perfume that makes your players coach evaluation higher. If its not being sold, reload till it is. Use it the day before the game and if you (only your player matters) play well, you should make it in. Winning or losing doesn't matter I don't think. I wouldn't know, I've never not made it to the majors. Other wise, reload until you have a good performace and wait till the end to see what the coach says, this game gives almost double exp and evaluation.

saved the turn before to S/L. Thanks guys. what would your tips be to do before the game? i usually go to the steakhouse to get some immediate results. What would you tips be? I always just let the Pitcher and Catcher play catch for 6 innings, but I still can't hit Bullhead or their other pitcher. Ideas?

Practice and get your eval up. I'd try to hit against sttich. Don't try to hit homeruns. Just think about it as if your simply lifty the ball right over the shortstops head. Just try to hit it low and aim like that and you'll get a few singles, which strung together can have an impact. I'd say buy the physic goggles too and only hit for power with terry (or your guy if he has C+ Power).

the coach isnt there. i did a couple of times, but still, I only got points from the Coach. is my greatest success mode player ever doomed?!?

To correct cownip and his spelling: Psychic Goggles that you can purchase for $300 on the last items tab screen from Bison. They tell you what pitch is coming. Not always 100% accurate. They also tell you what the batter is expecting to hit. Again, Not always 100% accurate. Close enough for me though.
